  A reverse switch car, as the name implies, is a switch controlled by an electromagnet, which is a combination of an electromagnet and a switch.


  When the electromagnet coil is energized, electromagnetic attraction is generated, and the movable iron core pushes or pulls the switch contact to close, thereby turning on the controlled circuit. Electromagnetic switches have a wide range of applications in various industries, and the most common is the contractor in the industrial field.


  Unless otherwise specified, the electromagnetic switch refers to the control switch on the car starter, which is one of the three major components of the starter (DC motor, transmission meshing mechanism, and electromagnetic switch).


  Its working principle is that after the dfsk c37 coil is energized, electromagnetic attraction is generated to make the movable iron core move.   The automotive electromagnetic switch consists of attracting coil (a little thicker copper wire), holding coil (a little thicker copper wire), iron core, contact copper sheet, and return spring.


  Its function is to move the iron core by energizing the coil to send the clutch gear of the starter into the flywheel ring gear of the engine. When the clutch gear is coupled with the flywheel ring gear, the starter power is switched on by contacting the copper plate to make the starter rotate. Start the engine.


  Most of the control devices of automobile starters use electromagnetic switches to control the starters. The functions of electromagnetic switches are as follows:

  1. Control the starter drive gear to mesh and separate it from the engine flywheel ring gear.


  2. Control the on and off of the DC motor circuit.


  The electromagnetic switch is composed of attracting coil, holding coil, movable iron core, return spring, main contact and so on. The figure below

  1. Turn the dongfeng joyear x3 ignition switch to the start position, turn on the 50 terminal, and draw the coil through the main contact C, the excitation winding, and the armature rotor to the ground. Keep the coil directly grounded and energized.


  2. The magnetic fields of the two coils are in the same direction, and together they overcome the elastic force of the return spring to attract the movable iron core, thereby pushing the shift fork to engage the drive gear with the engine flywheel rack and at the same time connect the main contact of the starter.


  3. The main contact is turned on, and the starter excitation winding and armature rotor are energized at the same time to drive the engine flywheel to complete the starting action.


  4. At the same time that the main contact of the starter is turned on, the pull-in coil is short-circuited, and only the holding coil maintains the pull-in action of the iron core.
