  Today this master came from afar! According to the master's response, the car was in October of 2011, and the number of kilometers was 110,000 kilometers! The fault phenomenon is the abnormal noise when starting the engine in a cold car! After waiting for the hot car to disappear, everything works fine!   A pair of hands who have been repairing cars for twenty years!


  After picking up the car, first, open the engine compartment and check the working status of the belt. Because it is a hot car, no abnormalities or abnormal noises were found! Then we communicated with the customer that the vehicle needs to stay in the store for observation!


  After the customer agreed, the car stopped until the cold car started, accompanied by strange noises coming from the right side of the engine! Observe the generator and the tensioner belt and find that there is a certain amount of beating! And there is a pungent rubber smell from a slippery belt!


  To sum up, it is preliminarily judged that the bearings of the generator and the tensioner and other parts are broken, which leads to the anti-skid phenomenon!


  In order to diagnose the problem, our master uses a stethoscope to check one by one! It is diagnosed that the tensioner bearing is damaged!

  The tensioner design of this car is more complicated. It is necessary to disassemble the rubber pad and the machine grip on the right side of the engine and use a lying roof to withstand the engine to prevent it from falling!


  Remove the belt and pay attention to the winding method. I drew a sketch with a pen, and I often can't remember it! Although it can be hung correctly in the end, it is faster!

  Remove the water pump wheel! It needs to be taken out with a lying top!


  Remove the right front wheel and guard plate.


  The hard work paid off, and we finally took out the old tensioner after half an hour! As shown

  Remove the old pulley.


  After removing it, it was found that the bearing was indeed moving and abnormal noise! Replace the tensioner assembly and look forward to it!


  The test failure is resolved! Just hand in the car!

  Because the timing belt and timing chain will jump at medium and high speeds, and the timing belt will be stretched and deformed due to the material and force of the belt during long-term use, resulting in inaccurate gas timing. This will cause the vehicle to waste gas, weakness, knocking, and other faults.


  When there are too many jumping teeth, the engine will be damaged by the collision of the valve and the upward piston because the valve is opened too early or closed too late.
